This image shows common stereotypes for both vegetarians and carnivores. This brings me back to the point where everyone assumes vegetarians don't get any protein or not enough. It is also a stereotype that those who eat meat are obese and unhealthy.
Vegetarians have a vast variety of foods to get all the protein needed. For instance, yes, a vegetarian can eat eggs which is a good source of protein. Beans are a source of protein, as well as tofu such as tofurky (which tastes amazing). A vegetarian can easily get protein when snacking just by eating peanuts instead of chips (which is what I'm doing at this very second). If worse comes to worse, many vegetarians do take protein pills as well as trying to get protein in other foods. Another stereotype on vegetarians that this image portrays is that, all vegetarians are healthy which is false. There are some vegetarians when first starting out, don't get enough of the proper nutrients needed and just eat junk food, which is not healthy at all.
Now to carnivores, just because you're not a vegetarian does not mean you are unhealthy. A lot of people watch their meat intake and are super healthy along with eating proper fruits and vegetables. Just like vegetarians, carnivores can eat too much junk food or too much of one thing that will cause them to be unhealthy and unfit.
Just like everything, health and being in an appropriate shape depends on the person and how they take care of themselves.
